a refuge from the hot sun –

    • Thanks Marlene – we use the term “refuge” in Buddhism to define our practice/our way of life. Finding shade in the shelter of a tree suggests our practice to train and control our mind and senses, so that we alleviate our own mental suffering. 🙂
