This mind is crawling;Sticky bugs looking for food – Deluding itself.
This is a way of life; what was practiced has become – awakened being.
Practice patience; providing pause prior to proceeding.
Within a short space; old habits died hard; their roots exposed and expunged; in the freshly fertilised ground, the positive spiral formed.
